Like dust covering everything time has left its marks to Lisbon. Topo-
graphy and buildings are a strong unit. If a building vanishes it leaves
a lack, as in the structure of the Rua do Alecrim.

To merge the plot into the existing structure it is filled with a new block,
that unifys building and topography as well as it is interpreting the
different characters of the city. According to the two faces of the plot,
two differently modelled solids were developed _ in their unity a mono-
lithic structure between dynamic and static.

Two kinds of housing are instated, both developed by an internal walk-
way. The inhabitant steps out of the flow of the city and reaches the flat
via differently defined areas.
The public space is oriented to the street and takes in special utilizations
underneath the Miradouro.
